12-week course includes weekly fitness classes.

Alongside the fitness classes, eight Nutrition and Weight Management group sessions. Each week we will cover a different aspect of what makes a healthy diet with our nutrition specialist, combined with positive goal setting and confidential weekly weigh-ins.

A 1-2-1 consultation, to tailor your course to your needs.

One week food diary analysis, aimed at highlighting the areas of your diet where you can make healthier lifestyle choices for yourself and your family.

Track your progress and body transformation throughout the 12 weeks in a positive and motivational environment with group support.
