Local Mums recommend the best tutors in our area

"I highly recommend Study-Bees to all Local Mums. Natasha tutored my eldest daughter from the age of seven to nine in both English and Maths. During this time my daughter made significant progress in each subject both in terms of the quality of work being produced and an overall increase in confidence towards her work – especially in literacy. Natasha created a very nurturing, fun but stretching tutoring environment and my daughter would always look forward to the session, never once feeling pressurised. In fact she was very disappointed that the sessions stopped when Natasha went off on maternity leave. Natasha’s strengths are her approachable and easy manner with children which means that she finds the right balance between encouragement and ‘tough love’ and her evident teaching experience. I have happily recommended Natasha to friends for their children.”
Katie Quinton, Local Mum

"I have no hesitation in recommending Natasha from Study-Bees to Local Mums. She turned up on time, is well presented, confident and communicated well. We sought Natasha`s help with my eight year old daughter who was struggling in English a little. My daughter enjoyed the lessons and responded well to Natasha. Indeed in a short space of time there was a noticeable difference and she had moved up a set at School. We just wish we had arranged the tutoring a year or two earlier.”

is a Surrey-based service run by an experienced primary school teacher offering individual and group tuition to children up to the age of 11. Our philosophy is that if children have confidence and enjoyment in their learning, they will flourish. We aim to support children’s education in an interactive, fun and engaging way to encourage a love of learning, which in turn ensures rapid progress. Sessions are tailored to suit the individual child and their interests.

One to one tuition can be provided either at your home or an alternative venue. Study-Bees also offers group tuition at discounted rates and can put together a group of children matched by age, ability and interests. Alternatively parents are welcome to form their own group of up to six children.
