Senior Pensions Advisor 

Salary GBP £40,868 - £43,855 per year

(£40,868 - £43,855, to be pro rata to £27,245 - £29,236)

Part Time, Permanent

Location: Hybrid working, a mix of working from home, in our Sutton, Surrey, SM2 5AS office, and will be required to visit other sites.

Working Pattern: 24 hours per week (negotiable how this is split through the week), throughout the year.

Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust (OHC&AT) is a family of specialist education providers for over 1500 pupils and students from nursery to further education across 15 academies and 8 college centres in London, Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire. The Senior Pensions Advisor will be an expert in pensions and be available to make recommendations for strategic decision-making. They will be sufficiently flexible to deal with the range of challenges, responding quickly, effectively with creative innovative solutions, which remain coherent with our core values and will work closely with Principals, Directors and Heads of Service.  

You will have a recognised pension qualification or be qualified by experience, particularly around DB schemes in the education sector. You will have the ability to present complex information in an understandable way and be willing to work closely with others in the team to develop the knowledge of pensions through the organisation.
