Executive Assistant

The job
The successful candidate will assist the Chief Executive as well as other Members of the Senior Management Team in the delivery of good governance and HR processes for recruitment, selection and maintenance of records under data protection guidelines.  The role includes responsibility for all aspects of committee administration and requires an experienced professional who has the ability to interpret the relevant Articles and Bye-Laws to be able to confidently brief the Chief Executive and Chair of Trustees in such matters as and when required.

The person
The ideal candidate for this post will have a qualification in business administration or similar; have excellent written, oral, numeric and analytical skills.  Excellent IT skills are also a requirement.  Experience in the full range of committee administration is essential (there will be a requirement to attend external meetings (usually London based). Experience in HR administration will be an advantage.  Maintenance of confidentiality is paramount in this role and an understanding of the role of a professional body will be beneficial.

The rewards
The salary range is £25,000 - £27,000 (pro rata) depending on experience. 

The working hours are 28 per week.
