Aquatots superb swim programme is available from 10 weeks old. Classes are fun and build water confidence and skills as well as being a great bonding experience for parent and baby where you can meet other parents in small, friendly classes. It is thought that this type of activity has benefits for cognitive development too including being months ahead in oral expression, maths, reading and story recall skills as well as understanding directions better plus many health/physical development benefits.
