Little Possum County will be hosting its own County Fair featuring the best of the USA, the most fun, creative and just plain mad fair traditions to bring the Lil Possum County Fair to life. Kids activities from last year’s popular event will also be returning and feature:

  • Games & Challenges – A full camp schedule of games and challenges curated by camp leaders. Think crab football and water balloon volleyball alongside the unbeatable classics, such as sack racing and bubble popping.
  • Rainbow Tent – A soft haven and shelter from the sun and rain for the littlest possums. Wooden sensory toys for all, a comfy chair for feeding, domestic power for expressing and simple changing facilities.
  • Crafts – A plethora of glitter, felt, glue, paints, pens, cards, cords and more. Take part in curated nature craft-making: storytelling stones, pressed flower cards and whittling. Try your hand at God’s Eye weaving, tie dyeing, flag making and the all-important friendship bracelet making (and exchange!)
  • The Stage – Early morning hoe-down-aerobics, storytelling and talent shows
  • Help yourself– Mud Kitchen, Bubbles, O’s & X’s, Giant Jenga, Tree Drawing, Skittles – the list goes on!

The Long Road presents one of the UK’s largest, most authentic celebrations of Country, Americana and Roots music featuring five stages of live performances and a wide range of additional offerings including songwriters’ rounds, a wellness area, a classic American car display, traditional Southern-style food stalls, heritage crafts and workshops, and dedicated kids’ area. The festival’s varied live performance spaces range from its Rhinestone County main stage, to the much-talked-about Honky Tonk Bar and Front Porch; intimate, immersive spaces that transport their audiences straight into an authentic, Nashville-inspired world.
